Russell McMackins is President and CEO of Renters Warehouse Hampton Roads, the premier full-service property management and real estate investment services company in Southeastern Virginia. Born and raised on a farm in a rural West Tennessee community, Russell joined the Navy out of high school and served our country honorably for 20 years before retiring to begin his journey in real estate. Over the past 20 years, Russell has become recognized as a leader in the local housing market through his vast experience and considerable success in creative real estate investing, finance, and exceptional real-estate asset management. When he’s not striving to improve the property management industry and support the financial freedom his clients deserve, Russell is out exploring mountains, chasing waterfalls, and staying connected to nature.
Amy wears many hats at Renters Warehouse Hampton Roads. Since starting with Renters Warehouse in 2016, Amy has shined and taken on many roles within the company. Amy’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) overseeing management teams, vendor management, and maintenance supervisor. She also holds the titles of Operations Director and Property Management Director. When she isn’t busy keeping our machine running efficiently, she enjoys baking, dancing, and time spent with family.
A native to the Hampton Roads area, Cassie Parker is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing who comes with ten years of marketing experience under her belt. Cassie is responsible for educating new landlords on our in-house operation and pricing structure, staying up to date on market analytics and assisting in marketing each property individually to expedite overall market time. She enjoys the process of educating landlords on how to become better investors.
Roslyn began her career at Renters Warehouse in 2016 and has become a large asset to the company. There is no aspect of this business that she has not familiarized herself with. In addition to her duties in the Renters Warehouse Hampton Roads office, Roslyn helps to keep our sales team on task and organized even in the busiest of seasons; she helps to relieve other members of the operations staff when their workloads can become extensive and is always a team player when called to action. From assisting sales agents with showings to helping maintenance matters get handled promptly, Roslyn is always there.
Inspections are an integral part of the property management process. From move in to move out, inspections protect our owners and our tenants from avoidable charges at the end of the rental agreement. Brian is our in-house inspector who works diligently to ensure that owners and tenants are abiding by the agreement in place when it comes to property conditions. Brian takes great pride in his attention to detail, including photo documentation of any discrepancies and working tirelessly to make sure all inspections are completed in a timely and professional manner.
